Can I add more Microsoft 365 E5 users later?
Yes. You can increase the number of licenses at any time and the new users can be assigned straight away. Reductions are usually made at renewal, depending on the term.
What happens when my Microsoft 365 E5 subscription ends?
If the subscription is not renewed, users lose access to the services after Microsoft’s grace period. We remind you before renewal so nothing is interrupted.
How is Microsoft 365 E5 delivered?
Subscriptions are provisioned to your Microsoft 365 tenant and perpetual licenses are sent by email and saved in your Alkimio account, with activation steps. See our Delivery Policy.
Do I get an invoice?
