This policy explains how to cancel an order and when a refund is available. It applies to orders from Alkimio Limited, company number 17491072.
Before delivery
You can cancel an order at any time before the license has been delivered or the subscription has been provisioned. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will refund the full amount.
Perpetual licenses
Once a perpetual license key has been delivered, it can only be refunded if it has not been activated and can be returned to our supplier. [CHECK] If a license does not work, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date and will not renew. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within the period allowed after purchase or renewal, and after that period can be cancelled at the end of the term. [CHECK cancellation window, for example 7 days]
Services
Setup and migration services can be cancelled before work starts for a full refund. Work already carried out will be charged at the agreed rate.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For digital content, this right ends once delivery or activation starts with your consent and acknowledgement. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
